A Brotherhood for Awareness, Training, and EducationThis acronym has several variations. It originally stood for "A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments", but now generally stands for organizations focused on promoting biker rights and safety, often through education and political action. The definition shown here is what has been adopted by ABATE of South Dakota.
